To open an account with JAT99, you must be 18 years of age or older. You are required to provide your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details on the registration form. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.
Each person may only create one JAT99 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address, all of them will be closed. If you share a device with other members of your household, we recommend notifying support in advance.
As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. This information is stored securely and used solely for identity verification purposes.

To withdraw funds from JAT99, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–15 minutes, though first-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional verification time.
The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Your withdrawal method must match the method used for your deposit — for example, if you deposited via Mobile Banking, you must also withdraw via Mobile Banking. For exceptions, please contact the support team.
In cases of suspicious activity, JAT99 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawal processing and request additional documentation. This is done to protect the security of all members.
All bonus offers at JAT99 come with specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed. In most cases, you will need to wager the bonus amount 10 to 30 times before a withdrawal can be made.
